2007 - Ruth, Switzerland
Thank you for this beautiful newsletter. I especially liked the
passages on the yang-commercialization of the teachings and workshops on
the Sacred Feminine - I had exactly the same feelings as the Grandmothers
point out in their message.
Today I did the first Tree of Life meditation with my group here,
the balancing of yin and yang. People really love it: we all felt the
strength of the feminine energy coming up through the roots of the
tree. This work IS important, as you do not teach by words only, but by
deep experience. And the meditations in the book are so basic and deep
that they can anchor the power of YIN on the archetypal level of our
being, where the shamans have done their work for eons.
As I said when we met in Delft, every woman is an indigenous woman,
but many have been cut off their roots. And it is by these meditations
that we will reconnect - on a mythic level too - with the strength of
our true being.
I think I will translate (into German) more pages of your book for
working purposes. I will choose what suits the needs of the people who
come to the group. Today I shared pages 125-128, and the people said,
that most of the ideas were new to them (in the specific way they are
put by the Grandmothers).
Soon I'll be in Northern Norway with a young Norwegian shamanic woman -
and I will tell her about the Grandmothers.
