Study Circles and Empowerment Groups

After she had passed on the Grandmothers’ Empowerment to hundreds of people, and realized she was only reaching a few of those who wanted this message, Sharon wrote A Call to Power: the Grandmothers Speak and then, Our Love Is Our Power.  These books are ideal for a chapter-by-chapter study circle or discussion group for two or more.  The number of people in a circle is not important, but what is important is the in-depth learning that occurs when you share the Grandmothers’ teachings with one another.  There are now over 150 Empowerment Groups and study circles around the world.

The newsletter puts out a new message from the Grandmothers each month.  These can also be used for learning and discussion.  Studying them together makes the messages real, and as you share your personal experience of these truths, you amplify your own and everyone else’s learning.  The Meditations in the last chapter of A Call to Power: the Grandmothers Speak and in Our Love Is Our Power as well as those in the monthly newsletter are designed for individuals or groups.

When we offer the Grandmothers’ Empowerment to others, we tell the story of how and why the Grandmothers came, share their message, pass on the Empowerment and Cloak of Comfort in a simple ceremony, and meditate with the Net of Light that the Grandmothers say “Will hold the Earth steady at this time of shifting energy.”  Groups meeting to pass on the Grandmothers’ Empowerment usually come together once a month, while study circles meet weekly or bi-weekly.

Although we charge no money for passing on the Grandmothers’ message and Empowerment, we gratefully accept donations.  Each year we give scholarships to help bring women to the Gatherings of the Grandmothers that are held in different parts of the world.  The scholarships are funded by these donations.

Each CD as well as the DVD offered on grandmothersspeak.com contains the Grandmothers’ story, message, as well as a specific meditation/lesson and the Net of Light meditation.  The DVD, Oh How We Love You, and the CD, Blooming as the Flower that You Are, also contain the Grandmothers’ Empowerment ceremony.  Because these will give you confidence in your ability to perform this work, we ask that you purchase one if you plan to start a group.  The only other necessary thing in order to pass on the Grandmothers’ Empowerment is to read their books and get a large scarf that you can use for the empowerment ceremony the Grandmothers have given us.
